Enhancements:

1. Attendance Management Overhaul:

• We’ve completely revamped the attendance management module for better clarity and ease of use. We have linked leaves applied by an employee, holidays and his/her week-off to the attendance module.
• This eases the pain of entering his presence/absence manually on daily basis.

2.Salary Structure Configurations:

• Flexibility to create required salary components for different organisations have been provided.
• Add Allowances, Deductions, Earnings, reimbursements etc., for your company as per your requirements.
• This feature is available in Payroll module of Valar HR

3.Compensation feature:

• Maintain your employee’s compensation structure in compensation module of Valar HR.
• Based on salary components design compensation structure for different employees.
• In use compensation is made available for payroll processing.

Bug Fixes:

1. Resolved: Payroll Calculation Discrepancy

• We’ve addressed a bug that caused occasional discrepancies in payroll calculations. Payroll processing is now more accurate and attendance data has been linked to this.

2. Fixed: Email Notifications

• Email notifications sent to users during the time of on-boarding has been fixed.

3. Resolved: TDS Calculations

• Calculations pertaining to Tax Deducted at Source has been optimised based on New Tax regime and Old tax regime.
• This provides the users the flexibility to declare taxes more easily and efficiently

General Improvements:

1. User Interface Refinements:

• We’ve made several UI refinements to enhance overall user experience. This would help users to have seamless UI-experience.

2. Improved Documentation:

• Our documentation has been updated and expanded to provide clearer instructions on using new features and making the most of Valar HR product.
