\u00a0How To Configure Salary Components<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Salary component configuration is available in the settings tab of payroll module in HRM App.<\/li>\n
  • One can add different salary components by clicking the add component button present\u00a0 in the settings screen of payroll module.<\/li>\n
  • On clicking add component a screen pops out on the right corner of the window.<\/li>\n
  • One can choose different components available from the dropdown.<\/li>\n
  • Instead you can add different components of your choice by selecting add another component option from the drop down.<\/li>\n
  • The added salary components would be available in the Compensation module of HRM App where the HR can use the same to define the compensation structure.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Following are the pictures included illustrating the process of adding “Earnings” under salary component.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How to Edit or delete a Salary Component?<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      <\/p>\n
    • Salary components can be edited by clicking the edit pencil icon available .<\/li>\n
    • This opens that particular component’s screen where HR can edit the data and save the same.<\/li>\n
    • Similarly any salary components can be deleted by clicking the delete icon available.<\/li>\n
    • The updated salary components would be displayed in the compensation module of HRM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
