Documents Mangement
Maintaining the documents of your employee would be in the bucket list of any organisation. This process is made hassle free with Valar HR’s Documents Management System. An Employee can upload his/her documents via their ESS Portal. This is made available to the HR in his/her HRM Portal.
Steps to add my Documents:
- Select Documents tab under the details page in your ESS Portal.
- Click the add document button.
- Add Document modal appears where in you can fill in your details and browse files or drag and drop your document from your system.
- The uploaded file/s appears on the add document modal.
- Click Save button.
- Your added document is now visible on the main page of documents tab.
- There are two small icons, download & preview icons displayed on the bottom side of the added document.
- One can download/view the attached documents by clicking on them.
How to edit or delete my Documents?
- The added document could be edited/deleted anytime by the employee.
- To edit a document,click the edit icon available in the top-right side of that document.
- An Edit document modal opens up.
- Edit the required fields and then click Save button.
- Similarly you can delete any added document by clicking the delete icon available on the top-right side of that document.
- A delete modal opens up and upon confirming your action the document gets deleted.
- The edited/deleted details gets updated on the main page of your documents tab.
